Due to the nature of the services and products we offer our “Refund Policy” is stated in detail below, and Refunds may be limited.

Products & Services

“Products” and “Services” are detailed in what you will receive. In order to protect ourselves and our users offering products and services, we have these policies in place.


Free Products and Services

When you receive free Products and/or Services through “Promotions & Sales” or when you sign-up for a “Premium Membership”, these cannot be exchanged for Credits, Discounts, Gifts or Refunds and “Terms and Condition” applies.


E-Books

Refunds cannot be made for E-books. It’s a kind of product that’s impossible to return in order to receive a refund. However, since we do have the doors open for other authors to sell their products on our site, or using our system, it’s important for us to know if there’s “misleading advertising” for a product please “contact us”, or log a “Support Ticket”.


Services

Refunds for Services may be limited or non-existent. It’s something that’s impossible to return in order to receive a refund. Some services results in expenses in order to provide the client the service. However, since we do have the doors open for other authors to offer services, it’s important for us to know if there’s “misleading advertising” for a service please “contact us”, or log a “Support Ticket”.


System Credits and Support Hours

Refunds for Credits and Support may be limited or non-existent at this stage. Both the “System Credits” and “Support Hours” are sold in bulk / as a package, so therefor it cannot be converted into each other, unless it’s a special case. Log a “Support Ticket”, and please respect the outcome, whatever it may be.

If a product was bought using “Credits” (excluding downloadable products like E-Books) - the product can be cancelled and the credits be converted back to “Credits”. It’s all handled as special cases. It all depends. If a product was bought using “Support Hours” (and developers has not started on the Job Card) - the product can be cancelled and the hours be converted back to “Support Hours”. System, Tools and Generators

Due to the nature of the system, tools and Generators, we cannot offer refunds on any membership fees. All tools and features are available for “Demos” and some have trials.



Freelancers, Professionals and Job Cards

We offer the tool and a system for Freelancers to offer services to writers, we will monitor as far as possible. However, refunds depends to the individual, they have the service to submit their own “Refund Policy”, however in the cases that they don’t have one on place, this clause in our policy was created. Please log a “Support Ticket” if you have problems with any freelancer or job cards you’ve created and we will deal with the problem. It’s at most important to us that we have fair and reasonable freelancers using our system. We will not allow misuse or misleading individuals.


Refund Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, “Valour Of Writing” may change its “Refund Policy” from time to time, and in Valour Of Writing’s sole discretion. “Valour Of Writing” encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its “Refund Policy”. Your continued use of this site after any change in this “Refund Policy” will constitute your acceptance of such change.
